Products:
Pro-Espar is an authorized distributor and installer of Espar (Eberspächer) products, including air heaters, coolant heaters, and other HVAC-related systems. All products sold by Pro-Espar are subject to manufacturer warranties, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions. Warranty details are provided with each product and are available upon request.
HVAC Services:
Pro-Espar provides HVAC solutions, including system design, installation, repair, and maintenance for residential, commercial, and fleet HVAC systems. All services are performed by licensed professionals, ensuring compliance with local building codes and safety standards.
Availability:
Pro-Espar provides products and services to customers in Canada and the United States. By purchasing or accessing the Service, you agree to comply with all applicable local laws and regulations.
4. Shipping and Returns
Domestic and International Shipping:Pro-Espar ships products to both Canadian and US customers. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location. Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees associated with international orders.
Returns and Exchanges:
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase, provided the product is in new and unused condition. Certain products, including custom HVAC systems, may not be eligible for returns. Products must be returned in their original packaging. Please refer to our return policy for more details.

Customers are advised to follow all manufacturer guidelines and service requirements. Pro-Espar is not liable for any damages resulting from failure to maintain products according to instructions.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Canada. For US-based customers, these Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and applicable state laws where the customer resides.
