At Pro-Espar, we aim to ensure our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer the following return and refund options:
Eligibility for Returns:
•Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.• Products must be in original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and accessories.• Certain items, such as customized products or those marked as “Final Sale,” may not be eligible for return.
How to Return an Item:
1. Contact Customer Service: Email us at info@espar.ca to initiate a return, including your order number and reason for the return.
2. Return Authorization: We will provide a return authorization number and instructions for returning the product.
3. Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).
Refund Process:
•Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.• Any shipping fees on the original order are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
•Standard Shipping: Typically arrives in 5–7 business days.• Express Shipping: Arrives in 2–3 business days (additional fees apply).• Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping method, delivery address, and order total.
Order Processing:
•Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation.• Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
International Shipping:
We currently ship to both Canada and the United States. Please be aware that international orders may incur additional customs fees and duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking:
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor the status of your delivery.
Delays:
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, there may be unexpected delays due to factors beyond our control, such as weather or carrier issues. We will keep you informed should any delays occur.
Warranty Policy:
Pro-Espar stands behind the quality of our products. We offer a limited warranty on select items as outlined below:
Product Warranty:
Manufacturer Warranty: New heaters come with a 2-year or 2,000-hour manufacturer repair warranty. This covers repairs or replacements as outlined by themanufacturer’s terms and conditions.
Parts Warranty: We provide a 6-month limited warranty on parts.
Coverage Details: This warranty includes repair or replacement of the product at ourdiscretion. It does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused byunauthorized repairs or modifications.
Warranty Claims:
If you believe your product is eligible for warranty service:
1. Contact Customer Support: Email us at info@espar.ca with your order details, product information, and a description of the issue.
2. Evaluation: We may request images or the product back for further information to evaluate the claim.
3. Resolution: Upon verification, we will arrange for repair, replacement, or other applicable service.
Exclusions and Limitations:
• Warranty does not cover damages due to improper installation, accidents, misuse, or unauthorized modifications.• Warranties are non-transferable and apply only to the original purchaser.
